    Dumb question when writing pcm

I know this is a dumb question. But here it goes.

2005 escalade. Read the truck and made the changes but when i write back to the truck i only selected write calibration file.

Does that also include the tcm file too?

Ive made some changes to the tcm but i swear it doesnt feel any different than stock.

There is no TCM in a 2005 Escalade.

You can only write the PCM and that already includes any transmission related changes.

If whatever you changed did nothing, then do more as a trial test.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Gotcha. So the write calibration only is correct?

For normal changes, yes that is right.
