    Idle RPM In Cold Weather

I got an 02 Denali XL, Cammed. I my idle RPM doesn't match what my set point is from roughly 90 degrees and below. Ill up load a scan and my current tune. In the scan though you'll see my idle RPM fluctuate. That was me playing with the PCM controls in the scanner, and my tablet was not liking the cold weather. My questions are what other tables, other then the RPM set point, will control Idle RPM in cold weather/coolant temps? Also since I'm still pretty new to all this can someone look at my start up tables and tell me where I need to look at for a better start? I have a few things done, but Im not really sure what to touch or log even. Or if what I've done is even correct!!!. Please someone give me some good advice.
