Any advice on Tuning New Built Transmission

I was hoping to make it through the summer but my ZF8 HP70 Trans is Toast.
My local Tuner is a very Reputable Tuner and has tuned several Hellcats and Trackhawks, but he specializes in Ford, GT350, GT500, etc.
Any simple advice I can tell him on when getting my newly Built Transmission back in the vehicle?
After he tuned my Transmission with the original Trans I noticed some flaring that I never had prior. I?m sure my Transmission would have needed to be rebuilt eventually since it?s now boosted, but the flaring during shifts certainly didn?t help the situation.
Any solid, simple advice I can pass along would be much appreciated!
I know is not popular or politically correct, but Trust in Jesus! He’s the Real Deal
    Thanks Much Guys

Yeah, I get His name is not popular and I’ll be ridiculed. I get it I don’t care. Thanks for the helpful advice!

    Gotcha.
As I mention he is a very reputable Tuner and has Tuned several high HP Trackhawks and hellcats
Although he's more a Ford Mustang specialist

Adaptives have a limit... if tune is wrong, flare will still be there. In some cases adaptive solves the problem, but not always.....
