Bought a 98 vette 5.7 with cam , long tube headers.
Car drives nice with current tune.just a test drive.
I sucked out the tune and i notices that the LTFT were left disabled.
Car was tuned by a reputable shop.
I have seen this before buy another tuner..
    Dont understand why???

It's often done with mods like a camshaft/long tubes because of the placement of the sensors and the way the camshaft is designed. It is far easier and faster to just use the short term fuel trims for tuning because of how quickly they make changes where as the long term trims and start to drift +/- and stay there depending on the setup and how well the calibration was dialed in. That is my take on it anyway.

Most prefer the short term trims and wideband tuning.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
