Boost limit A.
Try adjusting your no throttle fueling, see if lowering it some will help. Think of that table as off boost/low boost fueling. That table has a larger affect of ?getting on the throttle? smoke than the smoke limit table

There is another no throttle fueling table in the calibration that HP Tuners doesn?t have available that could potentially be having an affect
Another possibility is the hybrid governor

Haha I assure you I?m not making stuff up and you don?t see that option because HP Tuners isn?t giving those tables.
From Cummins - At low loads the hybrid governor runs isochronous and as the load exceeds a predetermined torque level engine speed starts drooping back. The hybrid governor allows part throttle torque rise when using the all speed governor.
Doesn?t matter the platform of choice, they all barely scratch the surface of parameters in the ecm calibration files. Maybe HP Tuners has it labeled as part throttle governor, I?ll check and confirm.

Yep they are calling the hybrid governor the part throttle governor
Sorry I feel like I completely hijacked this thread. I guess its what happens around here. Anyway, I notice she smokes a lot more when cold. I am trying to figure out how to properly adjust the ect timing compensation tables. Any ideas? I don't know how they work or which way to go with the numbers.

Which areas are you having smoke troubles?
Mostly when taking off from stop. From 750 to 1500 rpm. Under heavy throttle it will smoke out intersection. Under normal moderate throttle i see a good haze in headlights behind me. Basically until turbo spools. When stock it has very low to no smoke but then it rattles badly. Can't find the happy medium

do you have a datalog of 750-1500rpm under heavy throttle?

You got some high pulsewidth for such low main injected quantity and the turbo not really moving yet. You are up against a limiter holding your quantity back causing pulsewidth to go way up, couple that with low timing and low air movement you get your smoke.
Ok, what do you think it might be? Here is a revised version of the tune where I lowered pulse and some timing. I have not tried this yet. I did have the timing set sort of high previously and smoke still occurred. Lowered it a bit. Still smoke. Do you think lowering pulse even more would help? Or should I mess with something else?

Haven?t had much of a chance to look. I?ll download your latest and take a better look when I get the chance.
It?s in your rail pressure regulation, it?s not making the rail pressure it should be

Set your Base DC to the attached picture to start with, you may need to bump it up more but begin there.
