    So it's been a min.

    So I have not been on to Web site in a while and it says all my info is wrong, can't find me whatever and there no contact for support that I can find at HPTuners.com. any ides?

    The new revamped website requires you to create a new account/log in. Then once you do that you can re-sync your device to your account and you are good to go.

    Not sure if that is the exact question you are asking though.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
