1999 gmt 400 fuel gauge problem

i cannot get my fuel gauge to work.... its supposed to run through the 411 pcm i have a 2001 lm7 5.3 in it, i did the 4l80 swap segment swap worked to fix the trans issues, but i cannot get the fuel gauge to work.... can someone help?... thx

the speedo is also messed up...it works on the scanner but not the dash,just like the tach...speedo acts like a tach....just goes up quickly and kinda stays there....just like its a tach

You've got your input and output speed sensor swapped for one
second you need to adjust the fuel gauge based on an express van tune, here's my 98 tahoe with the modification already done.
