STFT 4.7% while WOT on 392s

trying to figure out what's wrong with these 392s across all models

some of them have their fuel trims adjusted while WOT with particulary 4.7% on both bank 1 and 2

this issue sometimes get solved once i increase Max Airflow in Engine > Airflow > General

but now i have to disable all oxygen sensors to get rid of this adjustment

any clue ?
