He's a user on LS1 Tech. Be sure to follow his instructions on GMT400 as to what you need. Search is your friend. It's how I got my truck set up with one.

Note, you will need to change many more things than just the VE table and MAF when you start to tune. His file is for his buddy's hopped up (and I think cammed) 454. What I ended up doing is matching parameter sets with a stock file pulled from black boxes and then started tuning everything else.

Also using a 8.1's idle control spark tables will give you a much much smoother idle. As well as bumping up the Idle speed.

PM me or get a hold of me on this thread and I'll share my base tune and everything else I had to do.

I would like to get a copy of that file. I have already set up the truck, but am using the 24 tooth reluctor wheel from the L21 and CNP.

Just having a better file to pull injector data from better spark tables would be helpful.

Also to OP, ls1trucks.com is also another place he supposedly still responds on.

They are just the factory injectors from the L29 believe they are 19lb/hr @3 Bar.

I am running an 0411 with the OS from my 02 silverado. I believe it is 2156. I'm running 8 coils and the crank sensor and reluctor out of an L21, which is why I'm running that OS.

I don't think you'll find any data that is an exact copy for the 19 lb injectors from some other 0411 platform, you'll probably just have to change the ifr and use other values from something similar.

Attached here is a tune that contains the data for those 19lb injectors (22-ish at 4bar).

ONLY USE THE INJECTOR DATA. The guy had an issue with his idle and I"m pretty sure it was something with his wiring. The injector stuff is Virgin though.
