8 speed transmission noise after shutdown - ideas?

Guys, I was hoping someone could help answer this as I can?t find a definitive answer.

On my truck with the 8 speed trans, there is a buzzing noise sometimes on shutdown. Seems to be on a timer and inside the transmission.

Tonight sounded louder than before so i just wanted to know what exactly it was. After 20 seconds you can hear the solenoid or relay click off and it stops.

It seems to do it after it os hot. I assumed it may be some sort of circulation pump or something. Hoping someone here knows.

Most likely will be the solenoids going through a cleaning cycle.
