More throttle pull questions

So customer is saying throttle is getting pulled when he floors it. Car is a full bolt on LT4 car. Didn't have any issues on the dyno and after a ride with the customer it only seems to be pulling on low speed hard down shifts. Is it me or could this be from the stability control. I know the traction control was off for sure. I tried to drive it again and couldn't get the throttle to pull with the stability control off but with it on it would only close for a quick spike not like before. Was it spinning harder before and pulling the throttle longer? Is it just the torque tables? I'd hate to start messing with them again over stability control. So I'm just hoping someone had a similar issue.

Push and hold the traction control button down for 8 seconds this will eliminate any interference from TC or ST, also put it in track mode, and you can log Torque values and compare them to your DD tables.
