SKIM disabled?

This is a stock tune file from a 2016 Scat Pack Challenger A8.

Is this correct? SKIM is disabled from factory???SKIM.jpg

My stock 2015 RT also shows it disabled as well. On my 2013 JGC which is VVT also has the exh cam phaser as disabled.

Thanks. I thought it was bogus.

It seems like some of the parameters/fields are swapped from year to year or application to application on these Hemis.
I've been grabbing and comparing stock files and see some strange stuff mapped out in one, but good in the next.
