    So what was the actual problem? I?m having the same issue. Did they charge you for repairs to PCM? Did they have to update the PCM itself? Can u still write tunes? Maybe some useful information for the thread?

    No charge at all, they created a label and emailed it to the owner, he shopped the pcm out to them, they fixed it in a week with the file we were trying to flash when it failed, and shipped it back. The obd port in the car would not communicate and it was not the fault of hptuners. His car had a bad vacuum pump and the airbag module took a crap at the same time, which just so happened to be when we were trying to flash the car. Once he got the pcm back, he installed it and the car ran great. Took it to the dealership, and they replaced the air bag module and the vacuum pump under warranty and he is driving the car every day now.
