Multiple Interfaces and User Defined Parameters

    questions

trying to get a general concept of how to use modded OS via User Defined Parameters with multiple interfaces.
I deal with multiple shops, vendors, individuals with their own interface. As well as having multiple interfaces myself.

    Q.1
    MPV1 and MPV2 both require a License @ $169.99

    Q.2
if one person owns both MPV1 and MPV2 interfaces on a single account is a single license interchangeable and usable with multiple interfaces?

    Q.3
is the license attached to the editors file/save function or the file/write function?
if licensed interface makes a change to an OS / ECU can that ecu or file be used and loaded by a non licensed interface?

    thanks

Q1, yes both are same price, not dependant on cable
q2. No it wont work on both cables, if only licensed to one
q3. My best advice is pay for it on the 2(has the widest array of vehicle support), then always use that when looking at ud parameters

i have it on an older cable, but is useless on non supported vehicles. If your gonna pay, do it on the two. You just have to use it each time

Yup, and keep in mind MPVI2 allows you to save files without having a license for it so having the user defined params on just the MPVI2 will be more than enough.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
