Let me start by saying defiantly out of my comfort zone. Trying to help get my buddys tbss running, I bought hptuners to tune my stock 5.3 swap and learning the system. But I was able to get it to start and idle and run better then it was by following a guide on here. But its lean and needs work
Its a 2006 tbss that now has
LQ4 6.0 bottom end
ls3 heads
square port truck intake
ls3 throttle body
unknown "custom" cam
3200 stall converter
You should log more channels so we can see a more complete picture. This E40 is different creature and can be a PITA sometimes. I have attached 2 channel lists to try. Make sure when you connect the scanner none of the channels are greyed out. Make the investment in a good wideband O2, it will make life easier and will make for a better tune.
I made some changes for you. Fueling is lean, shown by the trims. I added to the VE table and MAF tables. I also put the car in MAF only, decreased the spark control, added to BRAF and startup air, change the TB scaler to LS3 TB, killed the LTFT and move some spark around. The reason for MAF only is to help you with one table change for fueling, need to get the fueling better to nail down the BRAF.
I WOULD NOT go WOT until you get a wideband reading in the logs.
Do not forget to reset trims after the car is running and scanner is connected and before you push record
Also added charts, graphs and layouts to this so you can see what I am looking at and why. I gave you the abbreviated version as I have worked a long time of my filters and those a person needs to learn on their own. Mostly so they can understand how and why we filter what we do.
