So im not sure how wide spread this issue is, seems to affect M6 6G Camaros, Zl1s, It affects my ATSV M6 quite bad. Maybe it effects manual Z06s and Zr1s?

Even with all traction systems, stability off, it seems the car wants to cut timing with tire spin, if I shift the next gear after some tire spin it tends to really kill all power/timing. You can see here, tire spin in 1st, shift 2nd and it just flatlines timing at -2 degrees from 5-6k rpm in 2nd before I give up and let out

Anyone have any solution for this?
