    PLEASE HELP, 408 tune issues

so i had the truck running great a month ago and installed the hydroboost and new calipers and relocated the PCM and now it will turn over and fire up and immediately die.
If i give it any throttle, it kills the engine even quicker or it won't fire at all, and then if i turn the key and try to start it right backup again, i'll occasionally get a backfire. but not everytime
im throwing misc codes, but nothing pertaining to the powertrain.
i've attached the most recent tune but since i get even get it to run, i dont have a data log.
i've also purchased the tuning school's gm gen3 for beginners learn at home course, but at this point i need some veteran experience and advice. I'm at a total loss and any info, tips, advice, directions would greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

If you didn't mess with the tune, and only done physical work under the hood, then you have a wire not hooked up or damaged a wire. Look over the pcm connections and the wires you moved around. You might of pulled a wire from the pcm connection or a sensor might not of been hooked back up.

Logs help more than tune files in some cases. Look at the log to see if something is obliviously wrong with how it's readings certain sensor. I agree with the guy above, if nothing engine/sensor wise changed then it's likely not the tune file.

I agree completely with you both, however since i figured that may be the case, I not only bought the 3 volume factory service manuals, I bought a new stand alone harness to cover all my bases.
At first I thought it may have been the VATS/Passlock cutting the injectors but that now doesn't seem to be the case. So I thought maybe something in the tune was turned off or incorrect, causing the no run situation.
I've been working on this for a year and half and to get this close and not be able to finish it, is just p(stub your toe) painful lol

    thank you for the advice

    P.S

I run a data log, just for fun, although all my sensors, are showing correct parameters, Is there anything in particular I should look for?

Your MAP sensor is stuck at 22kpa, the key on engine off should be around 100kpa at sea level. Then cold idling will be in the 50-70 range and change as the engine is running.

If you are not running a factory 1999 MAP sensor, then you need to make sure the linear and offset settings are correct for that MAP sensor and that it is wired correctly. Some newer MAP sensor need pins swapped around at the sensor plug.

No its not a 1999 MAP its a LS3 MAP, and where and how would i locate the linear and off settings your talking about?
As far as the wiring goes, i'm going to have to verify the wiring is correct. I'll let you know what I find,
Thank you very much for taking the time to look and reply.

I like it alot, it has been a great help, plus with the 1 year of tech support, you can't go wrong.
And with having the hp tuners forum as another reference, makes things even better. Although as
with most things you can still occasionally come across an issue or situation that requires an
    experienced eye.

Plus having a dealership level scanner doesn't hurt either hahaha

You can view a stock LS3 tune file to get the right settings.

Your current settings are 94.43 and 10.33, those are right for a 1999 MAP sensor.

A LS3 sensor is likely to run 128.20 linear and -0.30 offset. The tune repository on your customer page can be used to look at stock tune files.

so i got the map figured out, but take a look at this scan log and see if you can figure out what my injectors pwm is doing, its all over the place, and i did notice that they seem to lose 1 volt per revolution until they stop firing.
