Insufficient Fuel Flow 2019 mustang GT

Is there a patch available or any tricks around this? Im getting "insufficient Fuel flow" limitation at 6200-6300rpm or when achieving over 10lb/hr fuel flow and it shuts throttle. Tried rescaling some of the fuel tables to read higher but not getting any where. Seemed to start after rescaling MAF to read beyond factory scale. I have seen the patches available for 2018 and earlier cars but don't see anything on this operating system? I Tried emailing support on this Sunday but still haven't gotten any response back.
Car has appropriate fuel system upgrades and is no where near maxing injectors or pump.

Is this forced induction? IIRC, that comes from maxxing out the maf sensor. Need a larger maf tube.

That's pretty bad for a stock car. I guess I'll keep my 14

It is procharged. MAF is relocated to the passenger end tank of the intercooler with the kit. Piping is all 3" so if that's the case then its going to take some fab work to get these procharged mustangs making decent power. Any other thoughts?

Its not far from stock with just a D1X and headers with cats.. Over doubled power to the tire from the base 424hp run. I figured it wouldn't be that easy with out some type of quirk.

Hmmm post a tune if you wan't any help. There could be a number of reasons.

    P.S.
Not the best location for MAF.

We did a 2018 Mustang, Procharged, worked fine up until almost 800rwhp, all stock Procharger kit. We tuned from the Procharger tune using HPT.
What power level are you at currently?

It's making 860+rwhp with the throttle closure. Agreeing with all above the maf location is probably the issue. Thanks. Same type of issue we had with our 6th gen camaro when it started reaching these power levels.

Are you running the stock fuel system?

    What injectors are you running?

    Any dtc's?

MAF location hasn't changed for them in years ie its been in the drivers side of the IC for a long time so I'm not convinced thats the issue. Nor is the power level as I've seen several 18's making over 900rwhp in procharged applications.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

That is definitely enough fuel system for the set up. I've seen the insufficient fuel flow source on a few cars iv'e done, always starts around 6500rpm, I only see it on s550's for some reason, never seen it on a s197. So far I mostly run into it when tuning manual cars, I haven't had a auto with this issue yet.

Usually DD changes trigger that limit from what I can tell.

Do you have a read of the procharger tune before you modified it?

As stated earlier its has the fuel system to support the power and more, Twin 450lph pumps and id1050x injectors with regulators and-8 PTFE feed line with return.

It doesn't throw any codes even after a few key cycles and triggering it multiple times. Maf location is in the passenger side tank "outlet of intercooler" on this kit.

Curious why you put such a nice fuel setup on the car?
The '18 we did had only a BAP, 60%dc at almost 800rwhp.

On your maf meter, simply put it in a larger tube & retune. If it's in a 3", flare to 4" & taper back down to 3", or run 4" all the way to tb.

We are trying that idea out right now.
We had just a BAP and fuel pressure dropped to 20psi by redline at 730hp on our dyno maintaining .80 lambda.

Did you tune the fuel pressure voltage?

Mine originally tune that was done for me before I started to learn on my own all the dd tables were bumped up quite a bit, I’ve seen several tunes where they were all left alone. What’s the proper way to modify them? Modify the whole table or just the wot portion?
