I viewed the HPTuner.com/help page and found the Read VCM and Write VCM pages. Do these procedures differ between different vehicle manufacturers? I'm after a Ford specific read/write document, if this exists.

They should not differ greatly by any means.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
