Runaway idle on 2015 1 ton 4x4 (non dually) whipple charger 12 psi

Here's a good one to rack your grey stuff on. I'm happy with the tune but this idle thing is drivin me crazy.
If you get above 5.5 mph the truck will idle up to 7 mph and hold, to make matters worse if you are at 20 mph and
lift off the throttle the truck will cruise along at 20 until you hit the brakes. The scan shows the pedal position at 18.8 % but the tps
is at 32.2% and will hold until the brake is applied. Tps is at 22.4% at idle in drive. Most of the idle parameters are as per OE.

    Scan and tune below

Thought I would add that if you are at 15mph and lift, the truck will slow to idle, if you are at 25mph and lift, the truck will slow to idle, there's something about 20 mph that will not release the timing. I'm going to try the Idle torque limit external load table.
