Nope.
Nobody is going to give you a tune because no two engines or locations are the same. There is no load and go calibration. It will all be custom to your engine and it's needs. Start learning about airflow model tuning to get fueling under control with a wideband o2 sensor. As well as timing changes, idle changes and anything else.
It's that or pay someone to do it for you.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
