2012 f150 5.0 rough idle then shuts off after writing calibration Any help

After modification to the speed limiter when I was going to start writing I got the pop up for p0605. I then disabled it and continued to write. Once it was complete I started truck and it started to idle rough then shuts off. Put it in drive and it barely moves I then wrote back the stock file and same thing. Any help on what it can be?

Not sure if related to your situation here, but on some of the GM transmissions if you COMPLETELY remove the torque reduction values and set them to Zero the trans will operate like it is in limp mode.
