1998-1999 blazer computers are GM Vortec "computers".

You need to view the calibration details page to verify if it's really a P01 computer or not. You will brick the computer or it just won't work if you flash a P01 file into a Vortec computer.

Okay, then you need to write entire with a V8 file over that.

Just know doing it with HP Tuners will burn up several credits. It may be cheaper to flash the computer with a dealership tool to a V8 file and then just license it once.

Still going to cost you credits.

You have to license that 4.3 computer. So 2 credits. Then you write entire your already license 5.3 file to it. Now you just created a whole new file on a different computer and you will have to license that file. Now it's 4 credits.
