2017 Cadillac ATS engine throttle problem

    Hey guys,
The 2017 Cadillac ATS engine(E80A ECU), when fully accelerated, has the potential to reduce throttle opening. How to adjust these? There was no such problem before the 2016 model (E80 and E39A motherboard),Thanks.
As shown in the figure below:

Please add the following parameters to your scan log:

    Desired Boost
    Boost Pressure

    Engine Torque
    Peak Engine Torque

Compare the first two to each other, relative to when the throttle is closing. Then do the same for the second two.

Feel free to email me directly at [email protected] if you need more help.

    Good luck!

There are these data in the LOG I uploaded, but I haven't understood why there is such a situation. Could you please help me to have a look?

I seen it right away in your log. Actual boost is exceeding desired boost! This will have it closing the throttle pretty much every time.

For throttle closure it's generally a situation of actual boost exceeding desired boost or actual engine torque exceeding commanded "expected" torque.

Thank you for your prompt. I found that when the actual boost pressure exceeds the desired boost pressure by 20kPa, the throttle opening will close.

Yes sir it is generally a certain threshold. Can be easily rectified depending on a couple different factors of how the tune is currently setup.

you have traction control limits. i would try disabling them before ruling out table limitations. (peak and overboost)
also try turning the tcs method off. if you happened to trigger an axle torque event then turning this off may stop the blade from closing.

Yes, log "valve exhaust off sport" that I just looked at, desired and actual boost stayed very close to each other!
