Hey Keith I had my laptop cleaned and the hp tuners software was erased .However I just installed the original cd software u send me its now loaded into my laptop.I connected the interface to my car and it says interface not found or not responding power is okay in DLC I already put hte application key u send me a month ago,Im trying to tune a car rught now but it doesnt want to work,please help as soon as u can
Did you re-install the USB drivers?

Its the usb I think its the MPVI version at least that swhat it says on the interface box
