    2006 SSS 4L60E -> 4L80E Swap + FlexFuel + 3Bar

    Hi all... situation is that I have a ECM:
    HDW NO. 12589162
    SERV.NO. 12689463
    YFYA
    Original OS is 12613246 with 2 Bar upgrade (12613246 -> 1250068).
    LQ9 6.0 on T4 Single 11psi boost and 4L60E.

    I am trying to get 3 bar upgrade complete, want to add in Flex Fuel Sensor + tune, and absolutely need a 4L80E segment swap. The motor is staying Drive by Wire.

    Questions:
    1) Do I need to re-flash the ECM with a better suited OS for my goals?
    2) Does anyone have a 4L80E segment for the 12613246 OS?

    You normally have to segment swap with the factory OS and I'm not sure if there is a segment swap with those updated OS's. Maybe someone has one but I couldn't find one.

    If your factory OS or updated OS did not come with a 3 bar OS upgrade, then you'd need to find a different OS to work with.

    I'm not up on which OS's also allow for flex fuel.

    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    I believe the P59s had Flex Fuel capability.
    Is there a list of compatible OSes for the PCM hardware numbers? Could I do a full write of another OS (not the base for my ECM) as long as the hardware serial is the same?
