Guys, so RedXray posed the question on which data is correct from the 3 sets posted in this thread because they are all slightly different. I understand the differences that come with vacuum referenced vs. static. Each set of the 3 has different values from the Gen IV conversion. Which one is the go to? Or are the differences not that big to worry about. Specifically in the offset vs. Volt vs kpa table and short pulse adder table. I have a setup with these injectors and would love to make sure my data is the best it can be before going thru the tuning efforts.

Data is different between the L92 12609749s and the L96 12613412s because they are different injectors.

Thanks for clarifying some of that. That is why things get unclear very quickly trying to learn this stuff. If you look back at LSxpwrdZ's post of the text files, both injectors are labeled. Hard to tell what data is for what. So we are still left with what is the correct 12613412 data?

    Gen 3 - 50lb 12609749-12613412 Flex Fuel Flow Rate.txt
    Gen 3 - 50lb 12609749-12613412 Flex Fuel Short Pulse.txt
    Gen 3 - 50lb 12609749-12613412 Flex Fuel Voltage Offset.txt

The data is very close between the two however I've made this as easy as possible here with these datasets. This data is pulled directly from an OEM tune file and line fit to the Gen3 data.

For anyone using this as reference in the future, since it appears to be the latest info available for 12613412 injectors, it appears that the files posted by LSxpwrdZ are the exact opposite of what is listed in blindsquirrel's "GM Gen4 Injectors v2.1.xls."

The last two screenshots are possibly taken while doing a different injector, they are just to show how the E38 data goes into the Gen3 file.

Stuff in my file is just what was in the stock GM files I used as a source. If I'm wrong it's because GM was wrong. They do sometimes revise the data in later years, for instance E38 L96 is different from E78 L96, but unless you have an actual L96 with L96 injectors being run by an E78 with an actual stock L96 calibration...

I can post the stock files I used for each conversion if anybody wants to argue. I have been over them enough times that I'm pretty sure there are no fat-finger type mistakes.

Ive not looked at the other 2 files posted. I do know i have had better luck with transient fueling since i discontinued my own data and started using the large excel spreadsheet provided by squirrel. I have seen some minor differences in data from stock gm e38 trucks. Calibrations running a varied fuel pressure sometimes have a more detailed data.

No matter the year of the source file they are all fully populated from 400-480 or 408-488 kPa, which is the only part used in a Gen 3's 0-80 kPa VAC. The earliest non-variable pressure ones have placeholder numbers left of 400 and right of 480, which Gen 3 doesn't have the ability to use anyhow.
