Working on a 2013 Cadillac ATS with push start type ignition. It appears that it has a timer on the ignition so that if you leave it in "run" with the engine off it will shut off after a minute or two.
I have been trying to do "read entire" and grab the ECM and TCM files, but it times out before I can get it all. I have to grab one controller at a time.
I'm a bit worried that if I try to flash it will cut power mid flash and brick.
Any suggestions?

Hit button without holding brake. Accessory mode. Read file.

Project Car= 1991 Chevrolet Camaro RS (LQ4 w/ Gen 4 Rods, LS3 heads, turbo...)
Truck= 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT LY5 4x4
Still times out when you do that.
Found out that you have to hold the button down until you enter service mode. It's something like 10 seconds?
