Help with downshift knock.... Real or false

Hi looking for some input on this knock. Only occurs during tip-in/downshift @WOT. I have tried pulling timing to where i believe its well into safe area. Definitely not aggressive timing. Is it anything to be concerned about? 5.3L - S472 T4 83mm, 16psi, 91 oct/100% meth. Thanks in advance.

AFR of 11.3 and advance of 10* at 4500 I'd say false knock. My G8 would do the same thing. However, When I would go into PE a little slow it would do the same as what you see, but that was real knock.

Not sure about 11.3 afr. I ran a little leaner is all I know.
    I always tune VVE....

Would not be concerned. I was getting 8* at 10.8 AFR with meth due to my Corsa’s and cat delete. Most of it was in the two cylinders closest to the firewall. I desensitized the sensors until it pretty much disappeared. Still get a few degrees pulled on 4th gear full throttle, but I am not concerned based on fuel going in and how the plugs look.
