Try bumping the on-coming pressure presets for 0 and 1 by like 5-10%, maybe more if required but don't get crazy there.
Also lower the shift times a little bit. The Shift time Torque Adder normal tables are where you make the changes. Try like .3500 to .4000s shift times for part and medium throttle. It's referenced in torque so 0-200ish ft lbs is typical. Look at how the table is setup and just keep a similar look to it. I tend to highlight a given area and do multiply by .95 to take away 5% at the time, then smooth the table when I'm done.
You'll have to do a trans adapt preset/reset with the VCM scanner after flashing and prior to driving it when you make changes like this. This way it will learn the new settings.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Any other tables i should be changing? Trying to do some research on these not much out there. I saw somebody disabling torque converter in 1-4 gears aswell.
I did lots of trial and error stuff on my brothers trans (2014 Verano) and believe it or not only a few things need to be changed to make a difference...
Keep in mind my goal was to make the trans shift smooth and fast. But smooth. At full throttle it shifts very smooth and quick.
One other thing besides these few settings I recommend is replacing the ATF with AMSOIL Fuel Efficient ATF.
Transmission > Shift Pressures > General >
Table 5100 - Max Pressure= bumped it up to 900 kpa (stock was 758)
5101 - Max Pressure B = bumped up to 2,700 kpa (Stock = 2,500) So for you I'd bump it up to 2,100 or 2,200 because your stock is 1,900
5102 - Max Clutch = 2,300 kpa (stock = 2,100). So for you go to 1,700 or 1,800 since your stock is 1,500
If tables 5101 & 5102 set to 2,200 & 1,800 kpa doesn't help, then go up another 400 kpa. Maybe you might need to go up to the same kpa I did or close to it.
Max Line Pressure table 15580...
0 and 2,000 rpm, set all to 2,000 kpa
3,000 rpm. set all to 2,100 kpa
3,500 rpm, set all to 2,200 kpa
4,000 rpm, set all to 2,300 kpa
4,500 rpm, set all to 2,400 kpa
5,000 rpm, set all to 2,500 kpa
6,000 rpm, set all to 2,600 kpa
7,000 rpm, set all to 2,700 kpa

That should get you started, and give you some idea.

thank you appreciate you taking the time to help
I've been working on my 2011 Acadia and I couldn't find anything else about the trans on it. Wondering; why is the 5100 stock value 758 but the 15580 table all set to 2000...? I'm new to this, and I want to understand the relation between the 2 tables. If the max pressure is 758, why set the table any higher?
