Question on Hp tuners DFCO / CFCO 2016 camaro 2SS M6. Need more burble / pops on dece

Not getting much crackle/pop/burble on decel/shift on my 2016 FBO e85 M6. I know DFCO/CFCO are enabled from the factory, so i tried to disable fuel cut in HP Tuners VCM editor. I don't notice a difference, did i do this properly? (note i have the tune backed up, tested one change at a time. ) My car is Pray Performance tuned and absolutely rips, im just looking to tweak and get some hands on experience . not touching anything spark/fuel table related.
Also does anyone have a vcm scanner layout setup with all the preferred channels and inputs? Please link or post. Thanks!

Reduce the timing in the Minimum Spark Base and Long Term to 5 degrees in the .04, .08 and .12 rows where you want the pops on decel. 5 degrees of timing will make the popping rather aggressive so you can increase the timing values from there to fine tune how much you want.

No do not smooth. You should never reach .04, .08 or .12 rows accept on moderate to hard deceleration. Smoothing the .16 and higher rows into the .12 and lower rows will negatively affect drivability.

These aren't tables in HPTuners. He was referring to the Engine Operating logic.

technically, they are in the tables, they just don't look the same as they did with GenIV stuff.

Min Spark timing set to 5-10 or so in the decel rows in the RPMs you want it to pop.
    and disable DFCO

if you still have a variable cam you can retard it in the decel rows.

I left DFCO enabled and it crackles as it enters DFCO which is perfect. When the car is cold and DFCO is disabled it pops and bangs forever which is really annoying. I would think that disabling DFCO and making the car pop and bang real hard would heat up the cats and destroy them. Yes, I agree the tables are there sorta. I posted how to make the pops and bags show up, remember? lol

My cam retards 5 degrees and I have 5 degrees of timing in the min spark tables where I want the pops on decel. This will get you the crackles people are looking for.

Datalog and look, some cars will still retard the cam on decel even if you have 0 in the low-mid-high tables.

Are you reffering to these tables? And make them A negatvie value in the decel areas?

Engine>Spark>Minimum Spark> Base and Long Term (Both tables)

Change 0.04 to 0.12 airmass rows by 1400 to 2800 columns to 5.00.

Completely disable DFCO and test. Go higher or lower in the RPM to suit your needs.

Go higher with the number to make less aggressive pops.

Don't go over 0.12 airmass rows.

Let us know if it works out.
