Running super rich after ID1300 injector swap, VE adjustments are not helping

I swapped to ID1300 and entered the GM data from ID website. Now running super rich. See attached logs before and after.

1st Flex fuel log with 42lb injectors.hpl - Before Swap
1st Flex fuel log with ID1300 injectors.hpl - After Swap

Tried adjusting VE table and the errors didn't get any better. See before change after change below:

    Steps where

    E36 2002 Taho Flex 2Bar_ID1300_SD_VE OL Tuning_Base.hpt - Flashed this tune
    VE Tuning Log2.hpl - Logged
E36 2002 Taho Flex 2Bar_ID1300_SD_VE OL Tuning_log3.hpt - Copy pasted % multiply by then flashed tune
    VE Tuning Log_2-3_ve change.hpl - Logged

It doesn't appear to me that anything got better or worse, and it pretty much stayed the same. I did interpolate and smooth.

    Any thoughts?

I figured it out.... here is what I did

    changed Transient Fuel Qualifications

Min Fuel Milligrams : from .041 to .010

seemed to help a lot either that or I was smoothing the table too much

The min fuel milligrams always has to be cut down on huge injectors, otherwise the injectors are going to spray too much fuel and it's usually at idle that it's the worst.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
