Fully disable traction control and stability management in tune

Looking to fully disable traction control and stability management in the tune. Want to keep ABS and the speedometer working.
    Can this be done?

I don?t see any tables for this, but maybe it?s called something else?

Want to run dissimilar size front and rear tires at the track.

I haven't had any issues, 30.2 tall tires on back and stock up front. VCM scanner you can change your gear ratio so log reads correctly. Also, scanner lets you hard turn it off, but you have to do it each time you start the car.

I think as long as you are within ~3-6% tire diameter (don't know exact number) ABS/ESP will still be happy. As for tables, have you tried these?
