Either it is off or it's isn't, not much to think about.
With no fuel trims to based regular driving off of or a wideband in the logs, I have no idea if you fueling is even close. You are the one driving it, so are you close on any of that. Are your trims okay, is the wideband reporting close to 14.6 under normal driving condition and is the wideband reporting 12.2ish like you are commanding at WOT??
The timing curve is really bad and you still need to disable COT because it's cat-less.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

The wideband is showing 14.7 ish cruising and idle but under full throttle it’s commanding 12.2 but AEM is showing 15.0 I just put in a Waldron 255lph pump and new filter so pressures are good what else can I tell you.
If it's that lean, then work on your WOT fueling.
Add fuel to the MAF curve and VE table where it's needed under full throttle. Don't be surprised if you run out of injector when you start adding fuel.
You can wire the wideband into a 5v reference circuit on the computer to log the wideband. Most use the EGR circuit, then create a custom channel to log it. Lots of information and youtube video's on doing that. Then you can tune everything using a wideband error in open loop to fix all the fueling.

Thank you 5FDP
So my truck doesn’t have an EGR. So could I use something else like the fuel pressure tank sensor it’s a 5volt or should I just pin the ECM?
It doesn't matter. The computer still has that circuit. Pin the computer and enable the EGR in the tune file for it to work.

Cool
I looked on the web and found that pin 48 was to egr pin in did that and enabled it in the tune i followed the directions to add it to the scanner but im still not getting volt?age. does anyone have i pinout for a 2002 Silverado 5.3 to verify that pin 48 is correct
Pin 48 is the reference circuit but not the correct one in this application. Should be pin 55 and 41 for the ground. Pin 55 is the 5v pintle position signal circuit.

ive got something messed up i think I know its short but that lean i didnt want to drive it much.have no idea.hpl
Did you setup a channel for AFR thru EGR? (Used transform for AEM 30-5130)
([2811.10]*2.375)+ 7.3125
AFRthruEGR.jpg
And then add another channel for AFR Error?
100 * (([2811.10]*2.375)+ 7.3125 - [50121]) / [50121]

I confirm it looks lean AF 18:1 at WOT
You need to log MAF frequency, and MAP.

Read up on failing the MAF and running open loop to tune VE table, and then Tune the MAF
