IAC Position changes between a Cold and Hot Start What am I over looking??

    Idle and IAC tuning.

    P59 gen3 6.0 DBC ID850injectors pump93.

I'm working through the russ k config for RAF. The issue is when I log RAF from cold start the iac never come down so my RAF values are always way off.

I have an issue where when I cold start the truck the IAC counts stay high even once the truck is up to temperature and the desired airflow is high. If I key off and start the truck right back up(operating temp) the IAC counts drop to a more "normal" level and the desired airflow is much much lower.

I have the adaptive idle turned off in the tune. What am I over looking? screen shots of the data below. tune attached.

Fuel is directly related to the iac, the raf will be wrong if fuel is off and therefore chasing your tail
