    4L70e "Auto/Manual" Tune Help!

Like the title says I am trying to develop a tune that allows me to put my selector in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear and it stays in that gear no matter what, but will also act like a normal auto when the selector is in Drive.
Now, my brother (who has been using HP for years for engines never for trans) says there's a way to do it with the tune.
I already did do some searching on the forums and tried what was recommended.
Using those tips, in Drive it acts like an Auto and shifts normally
However going through the gears manually, it still kicks-down at WOT and low speed/RPM and I don't have 1st. If I put the selector in 1st it stays in second, then I put it in 2nd and it stays in 2nd lol. but 3rd and drive work normally.

It is a factory 4l70e...... for now....

Also, there is a significant delay between changing gears with the selector and when it happens. Any thoughts on how to change that?

See if somebody like Performabuilt, RPM has a manual valve body for the 70.

I know transgo makes one. I was gonna do there HD2 kit which is suppossed to hold "any gear", but they also make a full manual "-3" kit, they say it completely negates all electronics on the trans and is for like race application or resto-mod swaps.

I need to figure something out with the tune, in two weeks I am putting the truck on the dyno again. (I have a bet going with my brother whether or not horsepower will be different here at 6000 ft than it was when we originally dyno'd it at his shop in Florida at like 20ft lol)
I at least need to figure out a gear lockout type tune, so it doesnt kick down during the pulls.
When we originally dyno'd it we had to do the pulls in 2nd gear from like 3,000 rpm without kicking down.

    Well, I am making progress
I can put it in D1, D2, D3, or Drive and it will stay in that gear, no upshifts or kickdowns. However, when I put it in Drive like normal, it will shift through the gears but will NOT downshift until I come to a complete stop. Will not downshift throughout normal driving.
So at very least I will be able to do my dyno pulls in a couple weeks
