E38 Cammed 5.3 wont hold idle with engine warm

Im gonna start this off by saying I really dont have any experience with tuning so I am trying to learn. Engine is a Gen 4 5.3 with a BTR Stage 3 ls1 cam Specs: 231/242 .617"/.592"112+2. Ported ls2 intake ls3 throttle body 4" CAI with LS3 slot MAF, LS3 injectors, on a E38 ecm. I was reading a cam Idle guide page for HP tuners and modified the tune to get the car to atleast idle. The car held idle for a few mins when the engine was cold, but once the car warmed up a little bit, it refused to hold idle wihtout throttle being applied. I am also getting DTCs Related to the map sensor. I have 2 logs and the tune file. Any input is appreciated. Im here to learn. Thanks guys.

ETC Scalar needs to be updated to whatever the LS3 throttle body is. Add 3.00 to everything in your base running airflow from 250rpm to 1200rpm. That may be too much, but give it a try. Are the O2's hooked up? The ambient temp says 32 degrees and the intake air temp says 108 degrees. Is your iat installed? You have the maf failed in dtc's. Are you tuning the VE table? If so, you need to go to mass airflow sensor under engine diag and make high fail to 1 and low fail to 2. Yeah check the part number on the map and look up the linear and offset and see if it is correct in the tune.
