Was tweaking my spark tables for Flex on my 2006 GTO, and noticed the PE/COT spark advance Multiplier vs fuel comp is all zeroes. does this table need populated?

if u are using the pe/cot multiplier table then yes it will need to be populated so as it works with varying ethanol % or if u dont use that table to modify spark then its not needed
Here is mine. I have cot off but there is still pe.
