help noob here big cam 5.3 in a 2001 tahoe

im new to tuning and i put a cam in my Tahoe specs are ( cam timing @0.050 opens intake 5*btdc exhaust 47*bbdc closes intake 42* abdc exhaust 12*atdc lobe center intake 107* exhaust 109* duration 227/239 ) got it to idle good but lacking in power need help or advice for setting the timing other mods are shorty headers,no cats, and cold air intake running on 93 octane gas still looking to do bigger injectors and larger stall converter soon. i think i uploaded my current tune not shure new to using a forum also thanks in advance if anything else is needed please let me know

get a wideband and learn how to adjust eh ve table in open loop SD mode.
bring the afr error down and then you can work on idle airflow and idle ignition control.

keeping the fuel error low is critical when tuning idle airflow because changing fuel load changes the airload as well.
do some reading on russK tuning methods to learn idle tuning.

as far as the converter i suggest starting with the bluecat transmission tool to get your new transmission settings.
