Please help - 2007 Nitro Flash, no crank

Hi everyone. I flashed my mother in laws 2007 nitro, trying to clear some nuisance codes. I tried to turn it over, and nothing. I have fully charged the battery, did a hard reset on the TIPM, tried TPS calibration, and still no luck. She needs to leave by the morning, and I have made zero progress. I sincerely appreciate any help. I have been searching like crazy, but there aren't many people flashing these things. I have only flashed GM until now. Thank you

Flash it again with the stock soft.
Think of every thing you have made on the car and check it.
    The Tipm is problematic.
    Disconnect battery for a while.
No crank means no turning of the starter ?
There could be a relay or it’s integrated, depending on the Tipm and year.

Thank you for your help. I loaded the factory tune back on it for now. I am now troubleshooting the starter, as I can't get it to jump at all. So it could be a freak thing. It's not cranking at all right now, even if I jump the 87 pin straight to the battery. I switched the starter relay around too. Thank you again for your time, I appreciate it
