    receiving purchased credits

    Not sure what I'm missing here, but bought 2 credits on 3/25: Order #102723 (March 25, 2019).

    Got an email stating that order is being "processed" but I've never gotten anything or heard back since. Shouldn't I have access to these credits almost immediately?

    They were purchased and available on 3/25, click help-resync interface in order to retrieve your credits.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    im having the same issue it shows on my acc i have them but when i resync i do not get them
    2005 Dodge 2500
    80% over injectors, 5" turbo back exhaust, HP Tuners, ARP head studs.
    Intake, Tater Built Turbo 67/67, Fleece 750 Powerflow CP3.
    2.5" front lvl kit, 35's on Soto 20x10s
