Just wondering if I would need to do any reprogramming to go from a 12574383 MAF to a larger 25168491 MAF? This is a stock 2004 6.0L. I made my custom 4" intake tube with cold air intake before I measured the MAF that came with the engine. Would like to use the larger one as it would be a better fit. The small one is about 85mm. The larger one is about 92mm.

Yes, you must re-calibrate the airflow model.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
