    MAP causes car to die?

Thought this may not be car specific. 2.2 08 Cobalt L61 engine. Ran perfect and stock before adding M62 S/C, intake manifold, larger throttle body, 4bar MAP sensor. If i unplug the MAF car will start with a small dip, recover, and stay idling fine. If the MAF is plugged in car will start smooth and die (hard die, no chugging). Seems that the longer the car has sits between starts(24hrs plus) the longer the car will run (longest about 5 seconds) with MAF plugged in before it dies. After first start/die attempt all subsequent attempts it will start and immediately die until car sits for long period of time again.

New MAF on order. Just wondering if anything else could be causing this start/die condition that i should look for in my tune/logs. Tune attached.

Also, if i start with MAF unplugged... then let it idle 5-10 seconds, then plug maf back in it will keep idling normally....
