New guy here looking for the tunning Pro's

Hello all, im working on my first ECM LS tune I was going to take it to have it tuned professionally but Im just looking for some insight. I have a factory LS9, put in a BTR cam, 2.6 UP and 14 LP and ported TB. Its got 1000cc injectors. I will be starting it soon, will it fire or should I put in a base tune before firing it up?

    Thanks for the help.

Thanks, yeah I just want to start it and have it tuned a Real tuner shop. I wasnt sure if the ECM stock tune would start the engine.
