Permanent codes have to be cleared by the PCM. Basically it has to see certain conditions and then it will clearout the DTCs. On my 2015, I always get a permanent ABS code but it clears after driving the car.

BTW the Tuning School (Section B.600 Pg. 53) states in their course workbook that 2018+ PCMs do not need to be sent in for modification and that just the HP tuners bypass cable is needed. Not sure if this a typo as you state you have an unlocked PCM.

I'm having essentially the exact same DTCs after reinstalling my unlocked ecm on my 2016 challenger. Did you get this fixed?

Are you following the instructions about ignition off, waiting 10 sec, ignition on and then clicking ok after a write?

I had an engine light if I didn't follow this process when flashing the trans.

    Haven't tuned the pcm yet.

This was before I made any changes to the tune. Just plugged in the unlocked ecm and got those codes.

I believe the problem worked itself out, in case anyone else runs across this. I'm not sure what did it exactly. I tried unplugging and reconnecting the connectors and driving the car around. When I started it back up, no more DTCs.
