Engine Torque management for early model LX

Just wanted to pass along some trial and error testing I did with my 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT-8.

Car has a 6.1 based 426, 2.9 and making enough power to run 10.4s in the 1/4 on pump gas.....

Recently I hurt my trans, which I thought was bulletproof due to it being built and having Dings Valve Body. Trans got hurt on a 3-4 shift while on race fuel going for a 9 sec slip.

When I reviewed the logs I noticed no tq mangament... so that led me to look at older logs and older tunes. Every log showed no signs of TQ managment though tune had FSO enabled and another had FSO and Spark enabled.

NOW got a new built trans and decided to take baby steps on the tune and this is my conclusion (feel free to chime in if you have seen otherwise)

though the 06 PCM has Spark, FSO, & ETC as options under the engine TQ mangament tab. ONLY ETC appears to be functioning. I tried several combinations, but only saw signs of TQ managment when ETC was enabled.

I hope this can save the next man from a costly mistake, but again would love to hear if anyone has seen FSO or Spark actually work on a 06 pcm.

I had to tweek my tune a little to match stall and gear ratio. Hated being 5th by 30 and the clunk down shifting 3-2 to 2-1. Other than that I love the way it shifts. I have all torque management turned off eng side, trans is what Troy set up.
