MAF lb/h increasing with more fuel at WOT

My car (cammed Bolton ls3) car has seen 62 LB/H on the big end while running an AFR of 11.0-11.5. At 12.0-12.6 it seems to cap off around 57. Delivered torque and my HP pid go up as well. Is that even possible, for the car to make more power that rich? Or is the increased maf frequency skewing my numbers? Adjusting PE afr via Maf frequency.
