15 5.7 Challenger throttle cut

Hello all,

I have 15 originally 5.7 Challenger with an 8speed. It now has a forged 426 with a whipple. It worked perfectly on the dyno made power, pulled to 6200, but as soon as I try to drive it on the street it closes the throttle at 4800 rpm but only at wot. I've tried raping every limiter I can find to no avail. Licensed the trans, raised the torque limits, nothing. If you floor it, it will go to 4800, then close the throttle enough to maintain 4800rpm. No codes, no pending codes. Noticed that "Gear Max Torque limit normal" must not be what it seems, if changed it causes throttle to flutter on accel. "Clutch max torque limit temperature" doesn't seem to have any affect either. I'm stumped.

so as an update, its still doing it, but unplugging the 2 abs fuses gets rid of it so its likely a torque reporting issue it seems.
