HP Tuners Now Supports the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1

2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Support Now Available!

Once again, our team at HP Tuners is thrilled to give our loyal customers access to tune the vehicles
that are said to be un-tuneable. The impossible task of calibrating the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
has been accomplished by our engineers, and we are happy to say you can now tune your ZR1
Corvette using our MPVI2 and latest Beta software.

Calibration will require a modified ECM that can be purchased from us, and can be found under
"ZR1 Modified ECM Purchase. You will also have the option to take advantage of our
"ZR1 ECM Exchange Service" which involves sending in your ECM in exchange for a modified ECM.
Licensing cost and service cost for ZR1 tuning will be as follows:

? ECM Exchange Service (Send in a core, receive a modified one in return): $1999.99
? Modified ECM Outright Purchase: $2499.00

    ? ECM (E99) License: 10 Credits
    ? TCM (T87A) License: 4 Credits + Unlock
    ? CCM (C304A) License: 3 Credits
    ? FICM (S53) License: 3 Credits

No unlock required for CCM or FICM

I plan to have a stock ECM/FICM file available on my site tomorrow. You will need to have a MPVI2 plugged in while opening along with the latest beta to be able to load the definitions. If you do not have a MPVI2 plugged in, you will not be able to load the definition files to view anything.

    Thanks Dave

    Some interesting things..
Peak TQ much higher then I would have guessed.
    MAF/SD blended throughout REV range.
    ETC Scaler for 95mm TB.
Desired Rail pressure (uses LT4 HPFP).
Port injection appears to be around 43lbhr (Good too see some solid modifiers to play with).
DD tables not what I expected.
PE looks pretty solid to me in factory form.
High octane Spark table little more aggressive then LT4 overall.

Pretty cool, look forward to playing with one at some point

The LT5 injectors are from the LS3. I’m still digging to find out how the port controller determines rail pressure. There does not appear to be a pressure sent from the ECM to FICM, so it makes me wonder if it is environmentally controlled.

Smaller than my stock Lt4 file? 5054mm in LT5 file vs 5074.6 in LT4. Odd?

Guess I am going to finally have to give up and move to the MPVI2. Have been resisting

Yes thats the one I mentioned above, where the scalar for the 95mm LT5 is a smaller value than the base LT4

Just like the L86 trucks have a smaller value than the SS or vettes even though they all have the same TB...
