Based on the info you have provided: I have highlighted the issue in the below photo. You were sending the files to yourself on the 10th, it appears..... Don't take offense but you can't be mad at anyone here except for yourself on this one.

Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:
(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

Yeah I think you creating a new ticket probably added to the confusion lol - but I do understand why , you were probably just trying to start fresh since the initial one was having issues.
HPT is good software and good people who usually respond fairly quickly. This was just a series of unfortunate events

Amen to that.They are very helpful. Yes Eric had me start a new ticket. I had to change from yahoo. I was having issues loadinf files,pics, and all kinds of stuff. Thanks you for your help blackbolt22.
